We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our expanding headquarters team in Phoenix. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform key components of the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Complete general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with year-end audit activities and provide support to external auditors.
• Participate in process improvements, system enhancements, and accounting best practices.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure proper financial controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience preferred, or 5+ years of progressive general ledger accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting processes.
• Proven experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• High proficiency with Excel and strong ERP system experience
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to take on increasing responsibility.
